Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Data Center) to lead large-scale data center construction projects across multiple locations in the United States. The role offers a competitive base salary with bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package.

Required are 10+ years of field leadership on commercial/industrial builds, 3+ years on data center projects, deep MEP knowledge, and OSHA 30 with First Aid/CPR. Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam and BIM 360 experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of field leadership on large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects.
• 3+ years of direct experience managing data center or mission-critical projects.
• Deep technical knowledge of MEP systems, UPS, BMS, CRAC/CRAH units, generators, and switchgear installations.
• Proficiency with construction technology platforms (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, BIM 360).
• OSHA 30 and current First Aid/CPR certifications required.

• Lead subcontractor coordination and hold teams accountable to project goals.
• Drive successful delivery of data center projects across multiple locations.
