Senior Project Manager – BOSS Built Environment

A Tier 1 Data Center General Contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team and lead major data center construction projects across multiple U.S. locations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven construction leader to take ownership of large-scale, mission‑critical projects while working with one of the industry’s most respected contractors.

The Role

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of complex projects, overseeing all aspects from preconstruction through completion. The role involves managing budgets, schedules, client relationships, and subcontractors while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver large-scale construction projects on time and within budget
• Manage budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners
• Oversee contracts, change orders, and financial reporting
• Drive safety and quality initiatives across all phases of construction
• Mentor and develop project teams to ensure long-term success

What They’re Looking For

• 10+ years’ experience in commercial construction, with at least 5+ years as a Project Manager with a general contractor
• Experience in data centers or other mission-critical facilities is highly desirable
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Office; P6/JDE a plus
