The Weitz Company is seeking a Project Manager (various levels) for a data center project in Darlington, SC. You will lead subcontractors and field personnel, drive safety, and collaborate with PMs to manage the schedule, budget, and staffing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field and project construction management experience required.
• Data center project experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Construct the project in accordance with plans, schedule, specs and standards.
• Lead subcontractors and field employees on the jobsite.
• Lead project safety per company policy.
• Manage schedule, budget and staff with Project Manager(s).
• Develop and maintain the project schedule; prepare two-week look aheads.
• Assist with buyout and selection of major subs.
• Review and enforce all contract terms and obligations.
