Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Data Center Construction Manager to lead a $10M+ TIC data center project in Corpus Christi, TX. You will guide pre-construction, scheduling, safety, and field execution, coordinating with owners, contractors, and vendors to ensure performance and quality.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, 5+ years of large-scale construction experience, and familiarity with BIM, NFPA70E, and lean methods.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience on large building or civil projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management.
• Data Center project leadership experience.
• Knowledge of NFPA70E and BIM integration.

Responsibilities

• Implement Jacobs Beyond‑Zero safety culture and ensure site safety practices.
• Lead pre-construction planning and site logistics to optimize safety, cost, and schedule.
• Develop and manage construction schedule and commissioning planning.
• Review contractor and vendor execution plans and monitor progress daily.
• Lead daily and weekly contractor meetings to drive safety, schedule, change management and project cost.
