Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Data Center Construction Manager for a Corpus Christi, TX data center project, reporting to Jacobs Management. You will lead pre-construction and field activities, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality.

The role requires coordinating with contractors, vendors, and Owners to drive successful project delivery. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in large building/civil projects, data center experience, NFPA70E knowledge, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience on large building or civil projects.
• Experience leading a Data Center project team.
• Knowledgeable of NFPA70E and safety standards.
• OSHA 30 or willing to obtain within 60 days.
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction planning and site logistics with safety focus.
• Develop construction schedules and monitor progress.
• Lead daily/weekly contractor meetings.
• Review contractor and vendor execution plans.
• Audit installed quantities for schedule updates and invoicing.
• Support IAP for schedule sequencing.
