Meta, via TEKsystems, seeks a Construction Manager - Owners Rep to lead the Cheyenne, WY data center project. This contract role requires directing day-to-day field activities, coordinating with general contractors, vendors, and consultants, and ensuring cost control and schedule adherence.

The role emphasizes safety programs, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering quality construction per documents. 30+ month duration with W2 terms and relocation/travel perks may apply.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• CCM, PMI or PMP certification preferred.
• 5-10+ years of construction management for large-scale projects.
• Experience overseeing GC and external vendors; strong reporting.

Mansioni

• Manage and coordinate project resources and operations.
• Oversee preconstruction activities and procurement.
• Manage project from inception through closeout.
• Review GC/Contractor project plans and bids.
• Coordinate with GC/Contractor/vendors and test data reviews.
• Ensure safety and quality; track schedule and costs.
• Attend OAC meetings; maintain stakeholder relationships.

Formazione

Bachelor's degree in engineering/construction management

CCM/PMI/PMP certification preferred
