Actalent in Abilene, TX is seeking a Construction Integration Manager to lead data center integration and telecom fit-out efforts for lease projects. You will drive project plans, manage milestones, and coordinate across Operations, IT, Security, and vendors.

This on-site role requires a strong background in data center construction, multi-disciplinary leadership, and adherence to safety and quality standards; PMP or equivalent accreditation is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field is required.
• Experience with data center construction and telecom infrastructure.
• Strong track record in managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
• Solid communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee integration and telecom fit-out activities for lease projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, track major milestones (Early Access, Ready Network Install).
• Coordinate with internal (Operations, Security, IT, Networking) and external stakeholders (Lease Providers, GCs, landlords, vendors).
• Assist in risk mitigation and communicate metrics with dashboards/scorecards.
• Advocate for safe worksites and implement High-Risk Activity programs.
• Ensure safety standards and risk management compliance.
• Coordinate procurement and installation of telecom systems, security, furniture/equipment, and network infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Data Center Engineering and consultants to review design improvements.
• Drive lean delivery strategies across multiple sites.
