Job summary

IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical seeks a General Foreman-Data Center in Richmond, VA. The role directs electrical installation teams, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence while maintaining strict quality and compliance with drawings and specs.

Qualifications

• Valid State Electrical Journeyman License.
• 4 years recent electrical experience.
• Supervisory experience in an electrical construction environment.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• OSHA 30 or ability to obtain.
• Post-offer MVR check and background/drug test as required per customer contract.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and direct personnel involved in installing electrical systems to ensure safety, on-schedule, and within budget.
• Maintain a culture of safety first.
• Fully understand drawings, specifications, and installation requirements.
• Monitor workmanship quality and ensure compliance with project and company standards.
• Evaluate, mentor, and train field electricians.
