Job summary

Prologis in the West region seeks a VP of Data Center Construction to lead construction activities for new-build and retrofit data centers, from concept through completion. You will staff projects, manage costs and schedules, oversee design integrity with the data center design team, and drive innovation in development standards.

You will mentor a best-in-class team, partner with regional teams, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and optimal performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Real Estate-Development (data center focus) or Construction Management.
• Experience in land development or construction management.
• Proficiency with MS Project, BlueBeam, Google Earth and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction for new-build and retrofit data center projects from concept to completion.
• Staff projects effectively and manage cost, schedule, and quality.
• Collaborate with data center design team to maintain design integrity and resolve construction challenges.
• Own portfolio performance across cost, schedule, quality, and safety.
• Monitor milestones and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
• Mentor and develop junior team members and drive continuous improvement.
