• 10+ years in Real Estate development (data center) or construction management.
• Experience in land development or construction management.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Bluebeam and standard MS Office tools.

• Lead the construction process for data center projects from concept to completion.
• Coach and mentor the project management team across performance, staffing and growth.
• Collaborate with the design team to uphold design integrity and resolve construction challenges.
• Own portfolio performance including cost, schedule, quality and safety.
