Overwatch Mission Critical is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the MEP Project Manager on mission-critical data center projects. You will handle documentation, meeting coordination, and day-to-day admin while learning the team's processes.

The role emphasizes safety, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office; you will produce clear meeting minutes and maintain trackers, reports, and documentation, collaborating with engineers, contractors, and site personnel.

Qualifications

• Entry level to 1+ year of experience in project coordination or construction administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software and project management tools.
• Excellent written communication and the ability to produce clear, objective meeting minutes.

Responsibilities

• Support the MEP Project Manager with project coordination, documentation, meeting preparation, and daily administrative tasks.
• Attend project meetings, capture meeting minutes, and prepare third-person summaries documenting discussions, decisions, and action items.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, reports, and other project management tools; ensure information is accurate and up to date.
• Utilize project management software and other technology platforms to support project execution and learn new systems as required.
• Prioritize safety in all project activities while supporting the project team through training, field coordination, and administrative responsibilities.
