Job summary

Legacy Professional Services, LLC is seeking a Construction Superintendent - Connectivity to lead field execution of structured cabling, fiber, and low‑voltage systems for hyperscale data center projects. You will oversee daily installation activities, coordinate teams, manage schedules, and ensure safe, compliant delivery of mission‑critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred.
• 7+ years leading connectivity/structured cabling on commercial builds.
• Experience supervising subcontractors and field crews.
• Strong knowledge of cabling, fiber, rack integration, and low-voltage installs.
• Understands TIA/EIA, BICSI, and data center sequencing.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, specs, schedules, and submittals.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations for structured cabling, fiber, and low-voltage installs.
• Supervise backbone/horizontal cabling, telecom rooms, racks, cable trays, grounding and labeling.
• Coordinate subcontractors and field crews to meet milestones.
• Monitor manpower, productivity, and schedule progress; resolve constraints.
• Coordinate material deliveries, staging, and installation readiness.
• Enforce safety and uphold quality culture.
• Collaborate with QA/QC for inspections, testing, commissioning, and verification.
• Coordinate with electrical/mechanical/fire protection/architectural teams for integration.
• Maintain field docs, daily reports, manpower tracking, deficiency logs, turnover readiness in Procore/BIM 360/Bluebeam.
• Support phased data hall turnover, owner acceptance, and project closeout.
