Job summary

Legacy Professional Services is seeking a Construction Superintendent - Connectivity to lead field execution of structured cabling, fiber optic, and low-voltage systems for hyperscale data center construction projects.

In this role, you'll oversee daily installation activities, coordinate subcontractors and project teams, manage production schedules, and ensure connectivity systems are installed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, owner standards, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Management, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field.
• Seven+ years of experience leading connectivity/low-voltage installation on commercial projects.
• Experience supervising subcontractors and field crews.
• Knowledge of structured cabling, fiber optics, and data center installation sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations for structured cabling, fiber, and low-voltage installation.
• Supervise backbone/horizontal cabling and telecom rooms installations.
• Coordinate subcontractors and field teams to meet milestones.
• Monitor manpower and progress; resolve schedule constraints proactively.
• Coordinate material deliveries and equipment readiness for project execution.
• Promote safety and maintain quality culture across the project.
• Collaborate with QA/QC, commissioning, and turnover activities.
• Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and architectural teams for system integration.
• Maintain field docs, daily reports, and turnover readiness using Procore, BIM 360, and Bluebeam.
