Job summary

Meta seeks a Connectivity Engineer to join the Design Engineering and Construction team. The role focuses on managing data center connectivity projects from kickoff to production turnover, coordinating with the Data Center HQ, contractors, and global sites to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and quality standards.

Responsibilities include project planning, forecasting, vendor management, and safety leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project management within data center, telecommunications, or construction environments.
• Experience engaging and guiding stakeholders.
• Experience providing solutions to construction related problems.
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and report on-site project and program scope, schedules, and milestones.
• Coordinate lessons learned and best practices with partners across functions.
• Support forecasting and budget efforts and report project status to stakeholders.
• Assist with vendor selection and monitoring of contractor performance for structured cabling and related work.
• Lead safety adherence and coordinate with site teams to ensure safe project execution.
