Qualifications

• Experience in data center or mission critical construction environments.
• Concrete construction background including foundations and slab work.
• Experience managing project financials: budgets, forecasting, change orders, cost reporting.
• Background with self-perform concrete operations; GC self-perform division acceptable.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Own the project plan, programme and financial performance on your projects.
• Collaborate with field leadership to plan and sequence the concrete scope.
• Manage cost reporting, forecasting, change orders, procurement and billing.
• Run the weekly planning cycle with field and project teams.
• Act as main point of contact for GC/CM and client.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment and materials to hit production targets.
• Maintain safety and quality standards across your work.
