Job summary

Mpowering People is partnering to place a Commissioning Manager for a major data center project in Texas. You will own the Cx effort from construction handover through energised operations and ensure flawless Level 5 readiness.

You will coordinate CxA, contractors, and vendors, script IST and systems testing, and manage all Cx documentation and handover packages with meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Proven data center commissioning experience at manager or lead level.
• Deep grasp of critical power and cooling - UPS, generators, switchgear, CRAC/CRAH.
• Track record delivering to aggressive energisation timelines.
• The kind of attention to detail that catches the problem before it's a problem.

Responsibilities

• Full MEP commissioning life-cycle across the project, from Cx plan through Level 1-5
• Coordinating CxA, contractors, and vendors to keep energisation on schedule
• Scripting and witnessing IST, functional, and integrated systems testing
• Owning the Cx documentation, issues log, and owner handover package
