Qualifications

• Commissioning lead experience on mission critical work (data centers, or healthcare, pharma or semiconductor facilities).
• Hands-on knowledge of critical power or cooling: UPS, generators, switchgear, chillers, CRAHs, BMS or EPMS.
• Led or ran Level 4 and Level 5 testing.
• Cx platforms such as CxAlloy or Facility Grid.

Responsibilities

• You'll own commissioning from factory witness testing through Level 5 integrated systems testing.
• Lead the Cx team on site, write and review the scripts, drive the issues log to close, and keep the owner and GC clear on what's ready to energize.
