Job summary

AWS Data Centers seeks a dynamic Facility Operations Center (FOC) Engineer to join the team and help monitor critical infrastructure. You will perform remote monitoring of data center power and cooling systems and support on-site operations to ensure continuous service for customers.

In this role you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, solving problems and coordinating with cross-functional teams to respond to incidents and maintain the reliability of the cloud platform.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in relevant work.
• Bend or twist the body into unusual positions while working.
• Use hands to manipulate small wires and objects.
• Walk on job sites in uneven terrain.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote monitoring of Data Center power and cooling infrastructure.
• Support onsite operations teams and respond to incidents in a fast-paced environment.
