Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of information systems experience in Data Center operations.
• Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; AND three years of information systems experience in Data Center operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field AND one year of information systems experience in Data Center operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, troubleshooting, provisioning leadership, and inventory support for Data Center Services’ computer systems and remote sites, including Disaster Recovery sites.
• Lead provisioning for colocation spaces and infrastructure services, ensuring timely deployment of network, power, and hardware installations.
• Assist customers on the Data Center floor and via phone; manage tickets and escalate alerts to clients and internal teams.
