Job summary

AM Technical Solutions is seeking a Closeout Manager / Project Manager to lead final construction, commissioning, and turnover activities for critical facilities. You will coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and owner-operations teams to ensure complete, tested, and accepted systems ready for operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in construction, engineering, project management, commissioning, turnover, or closeout.
• Experience with large-scale data-center or mission-critical facilities preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from late-stage construction through final completion and turnover.
• Maintain schedules, milestones, deliverables, and closeout plans.
• Coordinate engineering, construction, procurement, commissioning, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, and open issues.
• Lead project meetings and communicate status and decisions.
• Drive recovery strategies for delays and ensure timely resolution.
