Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction closeout activities for large-scale data center projects.
• Oversee collection, review, and approval of redlines, as-builts, warranties, and other closeout docs.
• Perform field verification audits to validate as-built conditions.
• Conduct QA/QC reviews to ensure completeness and compliance with requirements.
• Hold contractors and stakeholders accountable for closeout milestones.
• Monitor schedules, identify risks, and drive corrective actions.
