Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking skilled HVAC technicians for the Data Center Service Team in Arkansas to service air-cooled and water-cooled chillers and large rooftop units. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose malfunctions, and support commissioning and aftermarket service while following safety practices.

The role includes on-the-job training, union eligibility, factory certification through the STA, and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with air- or water-cooled chillers and large rooftop units.
• Must be a member or willing to join a local Union.
• EPA refrigerants license and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on chiller systems to ensure reliability and energy efficiency.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctions using refrigeration knowledge and electrical schematics.
• Responsible for Chiller/BAS integration and startup procedures.
• Mentor other technicians and support on-the-job training.
