CloudHQ is seeking a Senior Associate, Capital Markets to support underwriting, financing, and asset management of data center investments and development projects. You will build sophisticated financial models and analyze complex real estate and infrastructure opportunities, collaborating with finance, accounting, development, and executive leadership teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting or Business.
• 3–5 years of experience in investment analysis, underwriting, capital markets or related field.
• Experience underwriting real estate, infrastructure or data center investments preferred.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation and analytical skills with advanced Excel knowledge.

Mansioni

• Underwrite and evaluate new data center investments, acquisitions and development opportunities.
• Support asset management of existing data center investments with performance analysis.
• Build, maintain and enhance sophisticated financial models for development projects and financing structures.
• Prepare budgets, schedules, forecasts and management reports for project execution.
• Participate in due diligence and review of title, surveys, environmental, zoning and market studies.
• Assist with financing and capital markets activities, including lender communications and draw requests.
• Prepare investment memoranda and financial presentations for senior management, lenders and investors.
• Collaborate with development, construction, accounting and finance teams across project lifecycles.
• Monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations.
