Job summary

CoreSite is seeking a Data Center Capacity Analyst in Los Angeles to help drive capacity planning, inventory control and reporting for space and power assets across our data centers.

You will collaborate with Product, Sales Engineering and Management to create dashboards, standardize drawings and identify optimization opportunities, leveraging AutoCAD, Revit and BI tools to provide actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree with a major in finance, business, or related field preferred.
• Coursework in Engineering is a plus.
• 3-5 Years of prior relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage space and power inventory records using inventory management software.
• Maintain and standardize floor planning drawings, electrical, and mechanical schematics using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Prepare and analyze capacity and inventory dashboard reports for Product, Sales Engineering, and General Management teams.
• Identify highly utilized electrical equipment, conduct research mitigation strategies and support cross functional team in mitigation tasks.
