Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic telecom hand tools.
• Understanding of customer service principles.
• Awareness of safety requirements in field work.
• Ability to read and interpret floor plans.
• Familiarity with wiring schemes and testing.
• Ability to pull low voltage cables of different types.
• Capable of performing field terminations and labeling.
• Experience in data center environments preferred.
• Ability to install ladder racks and seismic bracing above/below raised floors.
• Basic copper and fiber testing knowledge.

• Install or decommission network and cabling infrastructure in data centers.
• Deliver repeatable, improvement-focused solutions and processes.
• Provide progress feedback to stakeholders.
• Maintain quality workmanship and data center cleanliness.
• Follow safety, production, and quality standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to remove project obstacles.
• Read blueprints and design documentation/ redlines.
• Understand data center infrastructure technologies.
