Job summary

TEKsystems seeks a Project Manager to lead structured cabling, low-voltage, and data center infrastructure projects at our Lithia Springs, GA site. You will coordinate with field teams, customers, and stakeholders to deliver projects safely, on time, and within scope.

The role requires experience in commercial construction or data center environments, OSHA 30 certification, and strong organizational and communication skills. This is an onsite, permanent position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial construction, low-voltage, or data center projects.
• Knowledge of structured cabling systems, rack infrastructure, and installation best practices.
• Experience coordinating field teams and subcontractors.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience reading construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee structured cabling, low-voltage, and data center infrastructure projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with Field Supervisors to review progress, documentation, and deliverables.
• Schedule resources, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Communicate with customers, field teams, and leadership to ensure project success.
• Support large-scale cabling, rack infrastructure, and technology deployments.
• Identify risks and develop solutions to keep projects on track.
• Review blueprints, specifications, and project documentation.
• Maintain safety compliance with standards and procedures.
• Mentor field personnel and promote a positive team environment.
