You will mentor a crew of technicians and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure safety, schedule adherence, and quality.

You will read blueprints, implement field terminations, and uphold best practices while driving operational excellence in mission-critical environments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a crew of 1–5 technicians.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and floor plans.
• Knowledge of copper and fiber cabling and testing.
• Strong customer-facing communication and teamwork.
• Commitment to safety standards and quality workmanship.
