Qualifications

• 0-2 years of Data Center Technician or related skilled trades experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• Construction or skilled trades background preferred.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and installation instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform structured cabling and fiber infrastructure rough-in.
• Dress, route, organize, and label cabling according to installation standards.
• Perform cable and fiber termination.
• Rack and stack customer equipment.
• Assist with server rack buildouts and rack elevations.
• Install fiber trays, ladder racks, cabinets, and related infrastructure.
• Receive materials and assemble required hardware.
• Follow blueprints and installation plans.
• Maintain a clean and organized jobsite.
• Follow safety guidelines, PPE requirements, and OSHA protocols.
