CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Construction Supervisor to lead onsite construction services. You will oversee workload, deadlines, and day-to-day activities to ensure timely delivery, while guiding the team on project scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk management.

The role emphasizes safety, procurement support, and process improvement, with CBRE RISE values guiding leadership and teamwork across sites and offices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience.
• Prior shift leader or supervisory experience preferred.
• Understanding of processes and basic related job functions.
• Ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills with a need for precision.
• Strong math skills including percentages, discounts, markups.

Responsabilités

• Manage, plan, coordinate, schedule, and oversee the workload, deadlines, and day-to-day activities of the support team.
• Oversee services for the assigned project or client account.
• Provide financial and administrative support to the Project Management team.
• Manage key focus areas including scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk management.
• Visit sites or offices to assist with general project management duties.
• Ensure safety and environmental measures on the construction site.
• Assist with procurement of new suppliers and subcontractors.
• Set goals and review progress for the team.
• Implement and monitor processes to improve efficiency.
• Resolve complex problems and lead the team to objectives.
• May establish new techniques to meet objectives.
• Lead by example, model CBRE RISE values.
