Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee onsite construction services and guide the team to deliver projects on time. You will manage workload, deadlines, budgets, and risk while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

You will coordinate with Project Management, support procurement, and visit sites as needed, while modeling CBRE RISE values and leading by example to drive project success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong project management knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage, plan, coordinate, schedule, and oversee workload, deadlines, and day-to-day activities of the support team to ensure effective delivery of services.
• Oversee services for the assigned project or client account.
• Provide financial and administrative support to the Project Management team.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk management.
• Visit sites or offices as required assisting with general project management duties.
• Ensure that safety and environmental measures are implemented and the site is safe and clean.
• Assist with procurement for new suppliers and subcontractors.
• Set goals and review progress regularly.
• Implement and monitor processes to ensure team efficiency.
• Resolve complex problems and identify approaches to existing solutions.
• May establish new techniques to meet objectives.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
