Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 5+ years of job-related experience.
• Prior shift leader or supervisory experience preferred.
• In-depth understanding of processes, procedures, systems and concepts within own job function; basic knowledge of related functions.
• Ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive mindset.
• Exceptional math skills including percentages, discounts, and markups.

Responsibilities

• Manage, plan, coordinate, schedule, and oversee workload and day-to-day activities of the team.
• Oversee services for the assigned project or client account.
• Provide financial and administrative support to the Project Management team.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk management.
• Visit sites or offices to assist with project management duties.
• Ensure safety and environmental measures are implemented on site.
