Job summary

Knobelsdorff (KE) is seeking a senior professional to lead automation and controls projects for data center and mission-critical environments. You will manage customer communications, engineering coordination, commissioning, and overall project performance to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding KE’s safety and value commitments.

You will collaborate with owners, engineers, and field partners, translating requirements into executable plans and leading the effort to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5–7+ years managing data center / mission-critical projects.
• Understanding of power distribution, cooling, and BMS/SCADA systems.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders in complex environments.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of data center automation projects from kickoff to handover.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, subcontractors, and commissioning teams.
• Manage budgets, schedule, risks, and change orders.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure safety standards.
• Support design reviews and commissioning activities.
