Knobelsdorff Electric Inc. (KE) is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for its Automation Division to lead data center automation projects from kickoff through commissioning and handover.

You will coordinate owners, engineers, and contractors while translating requirements into actionable plans and schedules. The role emphasizes safety, uptime, and customer satisfaction, with opportunities to collaborate across BD, engineering, and operations teams in planning and closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering field.
• Experience managing data center, critical infrastructure, or mission-critical projects.
• Knowledge of data center power, cooling, BMS, SCADA.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and commissioning activities.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of data center automation projects from kickoff to handover.
• Serve as primary technical project leader for owners and partners.
• Translate requirements into scopes and execution plans.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, subcontractors, and commissioning teams.
• Conduct progress reviews, manage risks, and resolve issues.
• Support design reviews, panel integrations, software schedules, FAT/SAT.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with BD, engineering, operations in planning and closeout.
• Lead status meetings, track milestones, and manage budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and uptime.
