Job summary

Decima International is seeking a Project Manager (Automation, BMS, and Energy Controls) to oversee hyperscale data center projects as the owner's representative. You will coordinate design, commissioning, and handover, ensuring schedules, budgets, and performance align with owner requirements.

The role requires 12+ years in automation/controls, strong communication, and experience with data-center interfaces.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience managing automation, BMS, or controls on large projects.
• Experience supporting hyperscale data center projects or similar facilities.
• Owner's representative experience in a client-facing environment.
• Strong scheduling, cost control, and risk management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executives.

Responsibilities

• Manage automation, BMS, and energy controls scopes end-to-end from design to handover.
• Act as owner's representative and liaison among stakeholders.
• Coordinate design integrations across electrical, mechanical, and IT systems.
• Develop and report schedules, budgets, and forecasts for controls scopes.
• Review control strategies and ensure compliance with owner standards.
• Support procurement reviews, submittals, and RFIs for long-lead equipment.
• Identify and mitigate automation and energy risks impacting uptime.
• Prepare status dashboards and executive-level presentations.
