Sunrise Systems Inc in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Service Management Specialist to support day-to-day asset management in a data center environment. You will verify assets, manage tags, and create ServiceNow tickets to keep records accurate.

The role requires hands-on work with physical IT assets, experience with DCIM tools, and collaboration with Data Center Operations and Asset Management teams. This is a 12-month contract requiring on-site work.

Formación

• Experience using ServiceNow as end user for ticket creation, updates, and asset-related activities.
• Experience with Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) tools.
• Proficient in asset verification, inventory management, and asset audits.
• Ability to identify discrepancies between physical assets and inventory records.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced Data Center environment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform physical verification of IT assets within the Data Center.
• Validate asset tags and ensure asset information matches inventory records.
• Identify discrepancies in asset records and create/update asset-related tickets in ServiceNow.
• Use ServiceNow to track asset-related requests and maintain accurate documentation.
• Utilize DCIM tools to verify asset locations, rack positions, power assignments, and infrastructure inventory.
• Support asset inventory, audits, and reconciliation activities.
• Work closely with Data Center Operations, Infrastructure, and Asset Management teams to maintain accurate asset records.
• Follow established asset management processes and documentation standards.
• Assist in maintaining accurate asset and location data across enterprise asset management systems.
