Job summary

Amazon is seeking a CMMS Engineer to own asset data and maintenance processes within our data center region. You will design, deploy and optimize the EAM platform at your site, coordinating with local teams to ensure accurate records and reliable operations.

This role requires U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, with up to 20% travel for new location launches. You will join a diverse team across software, hardware, and operations to uphold safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CMMS experience.
• 2+ years of electrical and mechanical facilities maintenance.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent, or 3+ years facilities management experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain site asset data through Hexagon EAM and ensure accuracy with digital records.
• Coordinate with data center teams to plan and schedule maintenance within the CMMS.
• Conduct data scrubs, fix anomalies, and develop automation and training sessions for large audiences.
