Milestone Technologies seeks an Asset Lifecycle Specialist to work with the Technical Lead and Data Center Manager to establish inventory levels and manage storage, receiving, and tracking of equipment in Data Centers.

The role emphasizes audits, discrepancy management, and continuous improvement of asset workflows, with hands-on storage room responsibilities and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in IT or Procurement coordination.
• 3+ years inventory tracking/storage in a Data Center.
• Experience with IT Asset Control.
• 3+ years participation in audit activities.
• Experience using an ITSM tool (ServiceNow preferred).
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-starter able to work with ambiguity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• RMA management for outgoing and incoming assets in the database repository.
• Collaborate with hardware vendors and Asset Supply Management/engineering teams on order details and configurations.
• Maintain PPE, components, and emergency spares inventory.
• Provide regular updates on gaps, issues, and trends related to asset management.
• Perform audits of storage rooms to ensure accurate inventory and reporting.
• Keep knowledge of hardware, optics, shipping, and receiving up to date.
• Document and update workflows related to storage rooms.
• Review open tasks and provide timely updates.
