Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Asset & Documentation Coordinator to own the lifecycle of asset and MBOM data in PLM systems. You will ensure accurate parts data, collaborate with Field Engineers and Operations, and drive data integrity across global processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
• 2+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working in engineering, data center, or technical operations environments.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain site asset and spare parts data through MBOMs.
• Align and maintain asset data with FE and Ops teams in PLM systems; perform routine data scrubs.
• Identify anomalies and explore automation and AI enhancements to improve processes.
