Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Specialist to support data center build and repair operations with critical inventory management. You will manage receiving, storage, and distribution to Data Center Technicians and Engineers, while maintaining compliance with safety standards and records.

The role requires standing and lifting in a warehouse environment, weekend availability, and close coordination with multiple teams to ensure timely deliveries and accurate billing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of logistics or related experience.
• 1+ years in shipping, receiving, inventory or warehousing practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all billing associated with the Inventory supply chain is accurate, validated and ready for processing.
• Assemble, addressing, stamping and arranging for the shipment of merchandise and materials.
• Assist in daily scheduling of deliveries and pick-ups to and from production locations.
• Keep precise records of all commodities going in and out of company.
• Operate safely around powered equipment (forklift or cherry picker) as required.
