Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Data Center Asset & Documentation Coordinator to own MBOM deployment in PLM systems and maintain accurate asset records for AWS data centers. You will work with Field Engineering and Operations teams to align data, scrub records, and support scalable, reliable infrastructure.

You will collaborate across cross-functional partners to ensure documentation is accurate, usable, and readily available for large-scale events, while driving process improvements and enabling

Qualifications

• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
• 2+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working in engineering, data center, or technical operations environments.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain site asset and spare parts data through MBOMs.
• Ensure asset and spare part details match the digital record in PLM.
• Coordinate with FE and Ops teams to align data across systems and drive data quality.
