Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Asset & Documentation Coordinator to manage site asset and spare parts data through MBOMs in PLM. You will ensure accuracy of digital records and collaborate across FE, Ops, and cross-functional partners to maintain data integrity.

In this role, you will drive data scrubs, correct anomalies, and explore automation. You will partner with developers/TPMs to implement AI solutions that improve process efficiency and speed.

Qualifications

2+ years of program or project management experience.
2+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience working in engineering, data center, or technical operations environments.

Responsibilities

Set up and maintain site asset and spare parts data through MBOMs in PLM.
Align data with FE and Ops teams and maintain data in PLM systems.
Perform routine data scrubs and correct anomalies, and explore automation to enhance processes.
Collaborate with developers/TPMs to incorporate AI solutions to improve efficiency.
