Alston & Bird LLP has an immediate opening on its Data Breach Litigation team for a midlevel Associate with 3–5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be based in the firm's Atlanta or New York office and will have significant experience in data breach class action litigation and related regulatory matters.

Incident response experience is a plus but not required. CIPP/US certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in data breach class action litigation and a demonstrated commitment to data breach litigation and related regulatory matters.
• Incident response experience is a plus.
• CIPP/US certification is preferred but not required.
• Excellent academic credentials, strong writing skills, and strong interpersonal skills are required.
