Alston & Bird has an immediate opening on its Data Breach Litigation team for a midlevel Associate with 3-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be based in the firm's Atlanta or New York office. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in data breach class action litigation and a demonstrated commitment to data breach litigation and related regulatory matters. Incident response experience is a plus but not required. CIPP/US certification is preferred but not required. The salary range for this position is $260,000 - $365,000 and represents the Firm's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at this time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, and locations. This range is specific to our New York City office and may not be applicable to other locations.
