Job summary

ICE seeks a Data & Business Strategy Senior Manager to act as an embedded leader within the Elevated Client Services team for a strategic enterprise client. The role owns data strategy, BI, and technology alignment to translate ICE capabilities into measurable business outcomes for defined client stakeholders.

Leaders will guide data strategies, oversee BI configurations, and ensure adoption of ICE’s BI tools to improve visibility, reduce risk, and drive smarter decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology strategy, client services, or business relationship management in financial services, mortgage, or enterprise software.
• 5+ years leading strategic programs or workstreams within large enterprise accounts with senior client stakeholders.
• Experience working as part of a broader client or account leadership team with defined responsibility.
• Experience leading teams focused on data, BI, or reporting with strong ability to connect data capabilities to business value.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across multiple levels of a client organization, from operational teams to executives.

Responsibilities

• Operate as an embedded member of the client leadership team, focusing on data, BI, and technology strategy workstreams.
• Build and maintain relationships with client leaders, serving as a trusted advisor who connects business priorities to ICE capabilities.
• Represent the data and BI strategy perspective in client leadership discussions.
• Partner with sales to identify growth opportunities within the client organization.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure delivery aligns with client goals and manage risk and opportunities.
