Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology strategy or client services within financial services or enterprise software.
• Experience with data, BI, and reporting and connecting capabilities to business value.
• Ability to translate complex data concepts into clear business outcomes for executives.
• Proven leadership in large enterprise accounts and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Embed with the client leadership team and lead data, BI, and technology strategy workstreams.
• Build strong client relationships and surface risks/opportunities for ICE capabilities.
• Lead ICE BI configurations and data integration efforts aligned to client goals.
• Partner with sales to identify white space and growth opportunities within the account.
• Support SOW/contract discussions, SLA alignment, and issue resolution.
• Maintain governance, reporting, and escalation processes across workstreams.
