The position is on-site/hybrid in Arlington, VA, requiring U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in BI, with 3+ years in leadership, and experience with ETL and visualization tools.

Qualifications

• 7 years of business intelligence experience.
• 3 years of team leadership experience.
• Experience with ETL tools such as AB Initio.
• Experience with dashboard and data visualization tools (Power BI, Visio).
• Experience with reporting tools (OBIA/OAP, OBIEE).
• Experience with relational databases (Oracle RDMS 19c).
• Must be a U.S. citizen and possess an active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of BI analysts and developers with technical direction.
• Provide hands-on BI reporting and support.
• Define and execute BI strategy, roadmap and standards.
• Oversee BI dashboards, reports and data models development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather BI requirements.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across BI deliverables.
• Create dashboards and track metrics based on requirements and feedback.
• Leverage AI to improve data quality and mapping.
• Execute ETL processes and data preparation.
• Present BI findings to senior government stakeholders.
