Job summary

Bartholomew & Company is seeking a Business Solutions Analyst in Worcester, MA to act as an internal resource for data, reporting, analytics, and business systems. The role focuses on developing reports, dashboards, and BI tools across multiple business areas, while ensuring data accuracy and accessibility to support management decisions.

The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, and adaptable, with a willingness to learn new systems and expand responsibilities as the organization grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Approximately 1–3 years of relevant experience in business analysis, data analysis, or business intelligence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to work with business data.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience developing reports or dashboards using Power BI or a comparable BI platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve recurring reports, dashboards, and BI tools, including Power BI reporting.
• Analyze operational, financial, advisor, client, and other business data to support management decision-making.
• Define KPIs with stakeholders and improve accessibility of business information.
• Respond to ad-hoc analytical and reporting needs across the organization.
• Identify trends and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Support data integrity across billing, advisor compensation, finance, payroll, and reporting processes.
