Job summary

Cape & Coast Bank is seeking a Business Intelligence & Data Solutions Analyst to transform enterprise data into trusted analytics, reporting, and workflow solutions. The role supports all business lines through Creatio, Power BI, and Cognos Analytics, contributing to data governance and architecture to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, risk management, and performance.

The position is hybrid, requiring onsite work several times per week in Hyannis, Massachusetts, with

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field; equivalent education or experience may be considered.
2+ years in business intelligence, data analytics, or reporting; banking/financial services preferred.
Hands-on experience with Creatio or similar low-code CRM platforms.
Proficiency with Power BI including data modeling, DAX, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

Translate business needs into data, reporting, dashboards, and workflow requirements.
Develop, configure, test, deploy Creatio solutions and dashboards.
Provide Creatio onboarding and training; maintain guides and job aids.
Support CRM roadmap and release readiness across environments.
Serve as Creatio administrator and handle user provisioning and security.
Design and maintain Power BI semantic models, data transformations, and security rules.
Develop Cognos Analytics reports and scheduled distributions.
Extract and analyze data from core systems using SQL and other tools.
Create data models, mappings, and architecture documentation.
