Job summary
CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield in Baltimore is seeking a System/Data Analyst to deliver standard system and data analysis and support training technology platforms, including Power Automate, SharePoint, Power BI, and Zenarate LXP. You will collaborate across departments to translate business needs into technical tasks and support deployment of enhancements.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field and at least 3 years of relevant experience, plus strong analytical skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- 3 years of relevant system/technical analysis experience.
- Familiarity with Power Platform and collaboration tools.
Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze gaps and document analysis on software, infrastructure and services.
- Collaborate with internal departments and end users within pre-defined scope.
- Collect data and analyze for system enhancements with organizational teams.
- Drive changes for applications, systems, infrastructure and services.
- Coordinate and evaluate new tools or platforms to meet organizational goals.
