Job summary

Satair USA, Inc. is seeking a Data & Automation Manager to lead data products, analytics, and automation initiatives across global Commercial teams.

The role emphasizes data availability, dashboard ownership in Skywise and Qlik, and leveraging AI to enhance automation solutions. The position supports a hybrid work model with 60% onsite and 40% remote work, and requires a degree in Business Administration, Business Information Technology, or Engineering with 3+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Business Information Technology or similar.
• 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analytics, or Process Automation role.
• Experience in a business consultancy is highly desired.
• AI programming certifications preferred.
• Process improvement certifications (Six Sigma, Lean) preferred.
• Travel up to 15% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Data Availability: ensure data availability and compliance in analytics platforms.
• Dashboard Management: create and own dashboards in Skywise, Qlik, and other tools.
• Automation & AI: leverage AI to develop automation solutions and drive data-driven changes.
• Commercial Analytics: use data to provide insights and support proposals.
• Deployment & Governance: lead improvements with stakeholders and provide training.
